Transporting Pets in the Cargo Hold
Please note that we only allow a limited number of dogs and cats on our aircrafts. Each animal must be transported in an ventilated, waterproof, escape-proof animal carrier which must fulfill the provisions of the IATA Live Animals Regulations.
The following information is required for transporting an animal in the cargo hold: Weight of the animal, including the carrier, and the exact dimensions of the carrier. If a dog needs to be transported, we need to know the breed of the dog; we cannot transport the dog without this information.
Please note: You can make your reservation for animal transport in the hold up to 48 hours before departure. This is only possible on direct flights, as it is not possible to transfer the animal carrier from connecting flights.
With your booking you accept our Conditions and Regulations for Transport and Carriage.
All passengers must bring the completed and printed live animal acceptance checklist to the check-in counter of your departure flight.
