On which flights can I redeem my Condor Card?

You can redeem the Condor Card on all Condor and Marabu flights in the eligible zones (EUROPE or WORLD). Excluded are cruise, full charter and special flights operated by Condor or Marabu Airlines as well as feeder or defeeder flights operated by other airlines (e.g. Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines). The determining factor is the flight number. You will find this in your booking confirmation and in the flight booking.

Do the three co-travelers of the Family Card have to be family members?

No, the three co-travelers do not have to be family members. Friends can also benefit from the Family Card if you book your flights together and thus the cardholder and co-travelers can be assigned to the same booking.

Which seats can I book for free with my Condor Card?

You can reserve all available standard seats. Excluded are XL seats in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, as well as Prime Seats in Business Class.

How can I reserve an overhead bin?

The overhead bin reservation, which all Condor Family Card owners can benefit from, can be made up to 48 hours before departure via "My Booking". Alternatively, you can reserve your personal overhead bin over the phone through the exclusive Condor Cards Service or via your travel agency.

Please note: The overhead bin can only be reserved depending on availability, as this is not possible on certain short or medium haul flights (mostly within Europe).

Can I redeem my Condor Card if I've booked a package holiday?

Yes, you absolutely can. To redeem your Condor Card, please contact your travel agency or call the Condor Cards Service up to 48 hours before departure. Have your 16-digit Condor Card number ready for this. You would have received the phone number with your confirmation email. Please note that you currently cannot use the Condor Card in "My Booking" when you book a package trip.

Please keep in mind: You can reserve overhead bin space through the Condor Cards Service or your travel agency only based on availability. In general, you need to book seats, sports baggage, and overhead bin space (depending on your Condor Card) no later than 48 hours before departure.

Can I apply my Condor Card to extras already booked?

Unfortunately, no. If you have already added extras to your flight, you cannot redeem the Condor Card retroactively. It's always important to remember: The Condor Card number must be entered when booking the extras up to 48 hours before departure. This is the only way you can take advantage of all our benefits.
