The Voucher Credit Checker

Have you received a voucher from Condor because your flight was cancelled or you participated in a Condor promotion? You can use the Voucher Checker to view your Condor vouchers and gain an overview of your current voucher status.

How can I view my voucher credit total?

What data do I need to enter?

Enter your booking number and voucher code.

Why is my voucher not being shown?

Your voucher is still being prepared and will soon be able to be viewed.

How can I view my voucher credit total?	When using the Voucher Checker, simply specify whether your voucher is for COVID-19 flight credit or a promotional voucher and fill in the fields.
What data do I need to enter?	Please enter your booking number and voucher code. Use the booking number of your original cancelled booking. You can find this number in your travel documents. The voucher code is either written on the voucher or has been sent to you via e-mail. Once you have entered the details, click on the “Show credit” button. You will then be shown the overall value of your voucher, your remaining credit amount and the validity period. You can also enquire about further vouchers.
Why is my voucher not being shown?	It may be the case that your vouchers are still being prepared and you are currently unable to access all of your voucher details. If you cannot find a voucher or require assistance, you can contact our Service Center here.
