Excess carry-on baggage
For safety reasons, our ground and cabin crew are obliged to stow non-permissible items of baggage in the hold. Should your carry-ons exceed the maximum permissible piece, weight or size limit we kindly ask you to contact our Check-In Staff. Standard excess charges apply. When booking Economy Zero Tariff you are able to book your carry-on baggage in advance for 35 USD / 45 CAD.
Higher charges may apply at gate (100 EUR / 120 USD / 150 CAD). Please bear in mind that items not suitable for transport in the hold such as cameras and valuables must be stored in carry-on baggage. You can book a second piece of hand baggage for an additional charge within the Economy Classic, Economy Green and Economy Flex fares as well as the Premium Economy fares.

Customers in the U.S. who book through condor.com may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made - if the booking was made seven days or more prior to the original departure.

Please note
Rebooking is only possible within the same season (summer season: May 1 - October 31/winter season: November 1 - April 30 within the same year). Rebooking from originally higher priced departures to lower priced departures is only possible if the original fare is maintained.
In the case of rebooking to a higher priced departure, the price difference to the higher fare at the time of rebooking (fare on the day concerned) is payable and due with immediate effect.

You can also book numerous other special services with Condor such as the carriage of sports baggage and special baggage, and premium and special meals.
