Match the Stripes: Conditions of participation

General framework conditions

Guests who board their Condor flight* wearing a striped top or dress whose colour matches the exterior paintwork of the operating aircraft will receive a EUR 10 voucher for items from the Skyline Café or the Condor Bordshop selection. There is no minimum consumption or purchase value. The voucher will be deducted from the purchase on board by the crew.

The voucher is limited to a quantity of 1,000 vouchers. The voucher can be redeemed for the first 1,000 purchases on board. The voucher cannot be redeemed for more than 1,000 items.
 

 Requirements for participation and redemption

1. Guests who board their Condor flight* wearing a striped top or dress whose colour matches the exterior paintwork of the operating aircraft will receive a EUR 10 voucher on board, redeemable for items from the Skyline Café or the Condor Bordshop. The voucher can only be redeemed directly on the respective flight*. The voucher is only valid for the specified service. The voucher is only valid for payments in euros.
    
2. Two days before departure, you can use the following link to search for the flight* you have booked and obtain information about the aircraft expected to be used. Further information on the campaign can be found here.
    
3. The Aircraft can be exchanged until shortly before departure. If the aircraft is changed at short notice or the flight is cancelled or rebooked, there is no entitlement to receive the voucher.
    
4. During the flight*, the participant must wear a striped top or dress whose colour matches the livery of the aircraft on which the participant is flying.
    
5. The top or dress can be striped lengthwise or crosswise. The alternating stripes must be white. The colour of the stripes on the top or dress must correspond approximately to the Condor colours (sea/blue, passion/red, island/green, beach/beige, sunshine/yellow), depending on the paintwork, and must be easily recognisable. The crew on board will check whether the requirements have been met.
    
6. The voucher can only be obtained and redeemed in connection with a Condor flight* (DE flight number) in all booking classes. The Condor flight schedule applies. Subsequent offsetting of the voucher against previously made purchases on board is excluded.
    
7. If the voucher results in a negative payment amount, no remaining amount will be paid out. Cash payout of the voucher is not possible.
    
8. Only one voucher can be purchased and redeemed per person and per flight*.
    
9. It cannot be guaranteed that the entire product range of the on-board shop or the Skyline Café will be available on every flight*. The participant has no right to products that may not be available.
    
10. Condor reserves the right to terminate or change the voucher promotion prematurely at any time without prior notice or giving reasons if, for example, the proper implementation of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed for technical, economic or legal reasons.

 

Conditions for the MyPostcard voucher: Free postcard - redeemable in the MyPostcard app or on the MyPostcard website up to and including 31 July 2025

1. Each voucher code can be redeemed for a free DIN A6 photo postcard. Orders can be placed via the MyPostcard website or the MyPostcard app.
    
2. One campaign participation per user/device is permitted.
    
3. All codes are valid until 31/07/2025.
    
4. The voucher value cannot be paid out.
    
5. The vouchers are only available in limited quantities on each flight, so there is no entitlement to them.

 

Legal framework

1. Subsequent costs arising from the use of the voucher, e.g. for travelling to and from the airport, meals and all other costs are to be borne by the voucher user. The voucher user is personally responsible for organising the documents required for entry (e.g. identity, entry and registration papers), as well as for the insurance cover recommended for trips abroad.
    
2. Legal recourse is excluded. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
    
3. Should individual provisions within these voucher conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
    
4.  When redeeming the voucher, the applicable data protection regulations and the current General Terms and Conditions of Condor Flugdienst GmbH apply.
