Our Economy fares

Fare changes as of 2nd April 2025. Details at the bottom of the page.

1) Entertainment: To use our FlyStream and eJournals entertainment offers, you'll need your own smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Please note that there are currently no power outlets available on our short- and medium-haul fleet to charge your devices at your seat in Economy Class.

2) Rebooking
Economy Classic:
up to 24 hours before the flight departure: fee + price difference
from 24 hours before the flight departure: 100% of the fare + price difference
after departure, provided you have not taken the flight: not permitted

Green Fare & Flex:
You must pay the price difference between the original flight fare and the new flight fare.

3) Name change: Up to 24 hours before the flight departure. Only if it is a flight exclusively operated by Condor. The difference from a potentially higher total price will apply. After departure, provided you have not taken the flight: not permitted.

4) Green Fare cancelation: If you cancel up to 24 hours before the departure of the first flight, you will not be charged. You will receive credit for all amounts paid, including unused taxes and fees. This credit is valid for ten months from the date of issue for future flights. The service charge that may have been added at the time of booking will not be refunded.

5) Infants under 2 years:
A service fee is charged for infants under 2 years of age. This depends on the flight destinations and will be displayed accordingly in your basket during the booking process. If you book your flight with a currency other than euros, the prices will also depend on the current exchange rates. Infants under 2 years old are not entitled to a seat. If the infant reaches the age of 2 before the return flight or on the return date, you must make a booking for them as a full-paying child (2-11 years) with a seat for safety reasons.

FAQ Economy Zero fare

What is the difference between Economy Light fare and Economy Zero fare?

Both fares are comparable. Economy Zero will replace Economy Light on short and medium-haul flights from April 2nd Condor will continue to offer the Economy Light fare on new domestic flights within Germany.

I booked the Economy Light fare before April 2nd - is my booking still valid?

Yes, of course! All Economy Light tickets booked before April 2nd will remain valid with the originally agreed services.

Who is the Economy Zero fare best suited to?

The fare is ideal for anyone who is traveling light, is flexible and wants to fly particularly cheaply – perfect for short trips or weekend breaks.

What is included in the Economy Zero fare?

The Economy Zero fare includes one small piece of personal baggage (e.g. handbag or laptop bag). Checked baggage and seat reservations are not included and can be booked individually.

Can I take hand baggage with me on the Economy Zero fare?

Yes, a small piece of personal baggage (maximum dimensions e.g. 40 x 30 x 10 cm) is included. You can add larger items of hand baggage or checked baggage for a fee.

Can I add baggage to the Economy Zero fare?

Yes, you can add additional hand or checked baggage at any time – even after booking – for a fee.

Is it possible to reserve a seat in the Economy Zero fare?

Yes, seats can be reserved for an additional charge. If you do not book a seat, one will be assigned to you automatically at check-in.

Are meals or drinks included in the Economy Zero fare?

No, the Economy Zero fare does not include any meals or drinks. You are welcome to purchase snacks and drinks on board.

Can I rebook or cancel the Economy Zero fare?

Economy Zero is a particularly inexpensive fare without the option of rebooking or canceling. For more flexibility, we recommend our Economy Green or Economy Flex fare.

Our "Flex" fare gives you full flexibility on all routes up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route (rebooking) or up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight route (name change/cancellation):

The Economy Light fare has been renamed Economy Zero as of 2nd April. Existing Economy Light fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Economy Zero.
The Economy Flex Plus, Premium Flex Plus, and Business Flex Plus fares have been renamed Economy Flex, Premium Flex, and Business Flex as of 2nd April. Existing Flex Plus fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Flex fares.
The Economy Flex, Premium Economy Flex, and Business Flex fares will be discontinued as of 2nd April.
