General Terms and Conditions

1. With the voucher code usastripedweek20 (departure from USA to Europe) you will receive a US$ 20 discount on flight bookings in all booking classes and round-trip long-haul fares (flight zone 5) and for the following destinations: Condor flights from USA airports to Europe.
2. The voucher is limited to a total of 500 redemptions and will be valid for the first 500 bookings only. Once this limit is reached, no further redemptions will be accepted.
3. Voucher is valid for travel starting on November 18, 2024, through March 31, 2025, on Condor flights.

Redemption requirements

1. The voucher code is valid exclusively for Condor flight bookings (DE flight numbers) across all booking classes for flights from U.S. Condor airports to Europe, booked via www.condor.com/us, in accordance with the Condor flight timetable. The voucher cannot be applied retroactively to prior bookings. To redeem, please enter the voucher code usastripedweek20 (for departures from the U.S. to Europe) in the designated voucher field on the payment page during booking at www.condor.com/us.
2. The voucher is redeemable for bookings made between November 18, 2024, and November 25, 2024, from any Condor departure airport in the U.S. It applies to travel between November 18, 2024, and March 31, 2025. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking, and it cannot be combined with other voucher promotions. The voucher code is valid exclusively for the flight services specified under "General Terms and Conditions" and can only be applied to bookings in US dollar.
3. lf the voucher results in a negative payment amount, the voucher cannot be redeemed. Cash payment on the voucher is not possible.
4. In the event of a cancellation and subsequent rebooking by the voucher user outside the voucher validity period, the voucher will cease to be valid. In the event of rebooking of the flight by the voucher user, on which the voucher is based, the voucher will remain valid if the new flight to which the rebooking is made falls within the travel period specified in item 2 at General Terms and Conditions. Condor reserves the right to terminate early or change the voucher campaign at any time and without prior notice or indication of reasons if, for example, for technical factors (such as malware or external manipulation, other hardware, and software errors), economic constraints or legal grounds, proper implementation of the campaign is no longer guaranteed.

Legal framework

1. Any additional costs associated with using the voucher, such as transportation to and from the airport, meals, and other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the voucher holder. The voucher holder is also personally responsible for securing necessary entry documents (e.g., visas, registration papers) and any recommended travel insurance for their trip abroad.
2. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The voucher terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
3. Should individually provisions within these voucher conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected.
4. Redemption of the voucher will be subject to the applicable data protection provisions, the Privacy Policy- Condor, as well as the current GTBC General Terms and Conditions - Condor of Condor Flugdienst GmbH.
