Our Economy fares on short and medium-haul routes
1) Included in all rates: a small bag (40 x 30 x 10 cm). The total weight of 8 kg for hand luggage may not be exceeded in any tariff.
2) To use our entertainment services FlyStream and eJournals, you will need your own smartphone, tablet or laptop. Please note that our short-haul and medium-haul fleet currently does not have power outlets to charge your devices at your seat in Economy Class.
3) Rebooking until 24h before the start of the flight: €50.00 (zone 1) / €75.00 (zone 2) (p. p. and route) + price difference
Rebooking from 24h before the start of the respective flight route: 100% of the fare + price difference
Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight route was not started: not possible
4) Name change up to 24h before departure of the respective flight route: €20.00 (zone 1) / €30.00 (zone 2) (p. p. and route) + price difference
Name change from 24 hours before departure: 100% of the fare + price difference
Name change after departure, if the respective flight route has not been started: not possible
5) For infants under the age of two, a service fee will be charged. This depends on the flight destination and is shown in the shopping basket when the flight is booked. If you book your flight with a currency other than Euro, the prices also depend on the daily exchange rates.
Infants under the age of 2 are not entitled to a separate seat. Should the infant reach the age of 2 before the return flight or on the date of return, a booking as a full-paying child (2-11 years) with a seat is mandatory for safety reasons.
Full flexibility with the "Flex Plus" fare
Our "Flex Plus" fare gives you full flexibility on all routes up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route (rebooking) or up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight route (name change/cancellation):
- Rebooking: free of charge
- Name change: free of charge
- Cancellation: free of charge
