Check-in at the Airport
Self-service baggage drop-off machines
At many airports, you can quickly and easily drop off your baggage yourself at our bag drop machines.
It's as simple as that:
- Check in: Use the Condor Online Check-in from 24 hours before departure - from the comfort of your own home.
- Label your baggage: As soon as you arrive at the airport, scan your digital boarding pass at the baggage drop-off machine and print out your baggage tag. Attach the tag to the side handle of your suitcase.
- Drop off your baggage: Drop off your baggage at the machines - done!
For regulatory and operational reasons, baggage machines are unfortunately not available on all routes. Self-service baggage machines are available at the following airports:
- Dusseldorf (for all destinations in the Schengen area)
- Frankfurt (not possible for destinations in the USA, Canada, Cuba and Mexico)
- Hamburg
- Munich
- Stuttgart
- Zurich
The following passengers cannot use the baggage machines:
- Families traveling with strollers
- Guests traveling with a wheelchair or mobility aids
- Guests with special baggage, e.g. golf baggage
- Guests with baggage weight exceeding their individual baggage allowance
