Notes on our Economy Fares

1) Economy Zero: If the customer has already checked in online, a fee of 10 euros instead of 25 euros will be charged for check-in the evening before.

2) Rebooking: The price difference between the original fare and the new fare must be paid for each fare.

3) Cancellation of the Green Fare: If you cancel up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight, there is no charge. You will receive a credit note for all amounts paid, including unused taxes and fees. This credit is valid for ten months from the date of issue for future flights. Any service charge added at the time of booking will not be refunded.

4) Name change:

up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route: €100 (per person and route) + price difference
from 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route: 100% of the fare + price difference
after departure if the respective flight route has not been taken: not possible

5) Meals: Pre-order meals up to 24 hours before departure. In addition to the classic Taste the World dishes, our halal dish “Arabian Chicken Khabsa” can also be selected free of charge.

6) Wireless Entertainment FlyStream: stream movies and series on your own device.

7) eJournal: Download from 48 hours before departure until 24 hours after landing. A limited selection of eJournals is also available on board. Print magazines available at the gate at many German airports.

The Economy Light fare has been renamed Economy Zero as of 2nd April. Existing Economy Light fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Economy Zero.
The Economy Flex Plus, Premium Flex Plus, and Business Flex Plus fares have been renamed Economy Flex, Premium Flex, and Business Flex as of 2nd April. Existing Flex Plus fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Flex fares.
The Economy Flex, Premium Economy Flex, and Business Flex fares will be discontinued as of 2nd April.
