Fare Changes as of 2nd April 2025:

  • The Economy Light fare has been renamed Economy Zero as of 2nd April. Existing Economy Light fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Economy Zero.
  • The Economy Flex Plus, Premium Flex Plus, and Business Flex Plus fares have been renamed Economy Flex, Premium Flex, and Business Flex as of 2nd April. Existing Flex Plus fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Flex fares.
  • The Economy Flex, Premium Economy Flex, and Business Flex fares will be discontinued as of 2nd April. Existing fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the following fare components*: Name change: subject to a fee, Rebooking: subject to a fee, Cancellation: subject to a fee.

Economy Flex Short & Medium Haul:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: From €25 per person/route + fare difference
  • Rebooking within 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: 100% of the ticket price + fare difference
  • Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight segment has not been taken: Not possible
  • Cancellation: From €50 per person/route
  • Name change up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: From €50 per person/route
     

Economy Flex Long Haul:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: €75 per person/route + fare difference
  • Rebooking within 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: 100% of the ticket price + fare difference
  • Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight segment has not been taken: Not possible
  • Cancellation: €100 per person/route
  • Name change up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: €100 per person/route
     

Premium Economy Flex Long Haul:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: €100 per person/route + fare difference
  • Rebooking within 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: 100% of the ticket price + fare difference
  • Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight segment has not been taken: Not possible
  • Cancellation: €150 per person/route
  • Name change up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: From €75 per person/route
     

Business Flex Short & Medium Haul:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: From €50 per person/route + fare difference
  • Rebooking within 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: 100% of the ticket price + fare difference
  • Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight segment has not been taken: Not possible
  • Cancellation: From €75 per person/route
  • Name change up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: From €75 per person/route
     

Business Flex Long Haul:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: €150 per person/route + fare difference
  • Rebooking within 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: 100% of the ticket price + fare difference
  • Rebooking after departure, if the respective flight segment has not been taken: Not possible
  • Cancellation: €200 per person/route
  • Name change up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight segment: €200 per person/route
