Terms and conditions for the Condor voucher „citytrip20condor“ on condor.com
20 € discount for all flight bookings from Hamburg (HAM), Berlin (BER), Munich (MUC), Vienna (VIE), Zurich (ZRH), Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Prague (PRG), Paris (CDG) on short-haul (flight zone 1) to Frankfurt (FRA) and vice versa, redeemable in the booking period between April 1-30, 2025, valid for the travel period between April 1 until June 30, 2025, in Economy Class (availability: 1,000 units).
General Terms and Conditions
With the voucher code „citytrip20condor“ you will receive a 20 € discount on flight bookings in Economy Class for roundtrip short-haul fares in flight zone 1 from Hamburg (HAM), Berlin (BER), Munich (MUC), Vienna (VIE), Zurich (ZRH), Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Prague (PRG), Paris (CDG) to Frankfurt (FRA) and vice versa with Condor Flugdienst GmbH (“Condor“).
The voucher is limited to a volume of 1,000 and is redeemable for the first 1,000 bookings. There will be no redemption beyond the number of 1,000.
1. Redemption Requirements
1.1 The voucher code „citytrip20condor“ can only be used as part of a Condor flight booking with DE flight number for a roundtrip in economy class in flight zone 1 on www.condor.com (https://www.condor.com/).
› The voucher can only be redeemed for bookings made between April 1-30, 2025.
› The voucher is valid for the travel period from April 1, up to and including June 30, 2025.
› The departure airport must be Hamburg (HAM), Berlin (BER), Munich (MUC), Vienna (VIE), Zurich (ZRH), Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Prague (PRG), or Paris (CDG) with destination airport Frankfurt (FRA) and vice versa.
› The voucher code is only valid for the flight service specified in the “General conditions” section.
› The voucher code is only valid for bookings in Euro (€).
1.2 The voucher code must be entered in the voucher field provided during the booking process on the Condor website www.condor.com (payment page).
1.3 Subsequent offsetting of the voucher against previously made bookings is excluded.
1.4 Per flight booking, maximum one (1) voucher may be redeemed.
1.5 The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher promotions.
1.6 If the voucher results in a negative payment amount, the voucher cannot be redeemed. The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash. The voucher code is only valid for the flight service mentioned in this section "General Terms and Conditions".
1.7 In the event of a flight cancellation and subsequent new booking by the customer outside the redeemable period, the voucher loses its validity. If the flight on which the voucher is redeemed is rebooked by the customer, the voucher remains valid as long as the rebooked flight falls within the travel period specified under 1.1.
1.8. Condor Flugdienst GmbH reserves the right to terminate without prior notice or change the voucher campaign at any time and without prior notice or indication of reasons if, for example, for technical factors (such as malware or external manipulation, other hardware and software errors), economic constraints or legal reasons, proper implementation of the campaign is no longer guaranteed.
2. Legal framework
2.1. Follow-up or consequential costs arising from the use of the voucher, e.g., for travel to and from the airport, meals and all other costs must be borne by the customer. The customer is personally responsible for arranging the documents required for travel (e.g., ID, entry and registration papers), as well as for any insurance cover recommended or required for travel abroad.
2.2. There is no right of appeal. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
2.3. Should individually provisions within these voucher Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected.
2.4. Redemption of the voucher will be subject to the applicable data protection provisions, the Privacy Policy - Condor, as well as the current General Terms and Conditions - Condor.
