Free seats in higher travel classes are allocated to the highest bidders in a live auction just before departure. If your bid is successful, you'll see your new boarding pass directly displayed digitally. Upgrading is that easy.
Please note:
Visit SeatBoost via your web browser or download the SeatBoost app from the App Store and install it on your smartphone or tablet.
Identify yourself with your booking code and name. You'll then see all available auctions for your flight along with additional information. Then enter your payment details to pay for the upgrade if you win.
The auctions start 24 hours before and end about 60 minutes before departure. You can bid free of charge as long as the auction is ongoing. Only when you win the auction, you'll pay the amount you bid for the upgraded travel class. Here's a tip: Keep a close eye on your auction and make sure to bid promptly to stay competitive.
Did you win a bid? Congratulations on upgrading to a higher travel class! Your new boarding pass will be available in digital format. Now all you have to do is board, sit back, and enjoy your flight to the fullest.

You can book Condor's Premium Economy Class on all long-haul flights and flights to Dubai. It is located between the Economy Class and the Business Class. In our Airbus A330neo, which you fly on long-haul routes, there are 64 seats in this travel class. The seats provide more legroom and can recline further back. Each seat has an individually adjustable footrest and headrest. On certain day flights, we offer two premium menus, a snack, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For a pleasant journey, you'll receive an exclusive travel kit, a welcome gift, a bottle of water, snacks, and other amenities.

If your itinerary does not include any feeder or connecting flights, you can easily upgrade yourself: Log in to “My trip”. You can directly book your upgrade to Premium Economy Class or Business Class if seats are still available.
