1) Rebooking: You must pay the price difference between the original flight price and the new flight price for each fare.
2) Name change: Up to 24 hours before the flight departure. Only if it is a flight exclusively operated by Condor. After departure, provided you have not taken the flight: not permitted.
3) Green Fare cancelation: If you cancel up to 24 hours before the departure of the first flight, you will not be charged. You'll receive credit for all amounts paid, including unused taxes and fees. This credit is valid for ten months from the date of issue for future flights. The service charge that may have been added at the time of booking will not be refunded.
4) Infants under 2 years old:
A service fee is charged for infants under 2 years of age. This depends on the flight destinations and will be displayed accordingly in your basket during the booking process. If you book your flight with a currency other than euros, the prices will also depend on the current exchange rates.
Infants under 2 years old are not entitled to a seat. If the infant reaches the age of 2 before the return flight or on the return date, you must make a booking for them as a full-paying child (2-11 years) with a seat for safety reasons.

On board, you will be treated to a delicious Premium Menu (two meals on most long-haul flights) and a large selection of complimentary non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
We are also happy to serve you meals from our Premium menus in the form of special variations for children, vegetarians or vegans or as lactose or gluten-free meals.
Full flexibility with the "Flex" fare
Our "Flex" fare gives you full flexibility on all routes up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route (rebooking) or up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight route (name change/cancellation):
- Rebooking: free of charge
- Name change: free of charge
- Cancellation: free of charge
Fare Changes as of 2nd April 2025:
- The Economy Light fare has been renamed Economy Zero as of 2nd April. Existing Economy Light fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Economy Zero.
- The Economy Flex Plus, Premium Flex Plus, and Business Flex Plus fares have been renamed Economy Flex, Premium Flex, and Business Flex as of 2nd April. Existing Flex Plus fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the same fare components as the current Flex fares.
- The Economy Flex, Premium Economy Flex, and Business Flex fares will be discontinued as of 2nd April. Existing fares booked prior to this date will, of course, remain valid and include the following fare components*: Name change: subject to a fee, Rebooking: subject to a fee, Cancellation: subject to a fee.
